The Grand

Constructed in the year 2015, The Grand stands as an extraordinary chalet, nestled within the enchanting Aurach region of Kitzbühel. It boasts unparalleled and uninterrupted vistas of the entire valley. This palatial residence spans four floors and includes an additional guest house ingeniously connected via the basement and terrace, offering luxurious accommodations for up to 16 individuals in the utmost style and comfort.

Upon entering the chalet’s ground floor, one is immediately struck by the grandeur of this magnificent abode. On one side, there is a spacious ski room equipped with ample storage and built-in boot warmers, while on the other, an exquisite spa beckons. Stairs and an elevator grant access to all levels, and a capacious multi-purpose garage showcases its remarkable ability to effortlessly transform into a high-end home cinema and entertainment area.

The interior of the chalet has been meticulously adorned and furnished by the renowned interior design experts, Landau + Kindelbacher, acclaimed for their opulent makeover of Chalet N in Oberlech. The Grand mirrors this opulence, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Reclaimed timber adorns the floors, walls, and ceilings, exuding a warm and harmonious visual ambiance, harmoniously juxtaposed against a striking array of plush furnishings and carefully selected materials that introduce contrasting textures and vibrant color accents.

The second floor is dedicated to the living spaces, strategically positioned to maximize the breathtaking views. A generously sized dining room, graced with stylish chairs and a modern chandelier centerpiece, seamlessly flows into the elegant kitchen, boasting top-tier appliances and a more relaxed seating area nestled within a bay window. Towards the rear lies a second kitchen for staff or preparation purposes, as well as a spacious wine cellar.

The lounge occupies the opposite side of this floor, featuring plush sofas and armchairs arranged around an open fireplace. Entertainment is discreetly concealed, with a television unveiled at the push of a button from behind a framed artwork. Towards the back of the lounge, a full bar with stool seating and a cozy nook for gathering over drinks, games, or planning the day’s activities await.

A notable highlight is the expansive master suite, spanning the entirety of the chalet’s top floor. It boasts its own living area, dressing room, a bathroom with a double bath, a separate shower, and even a private sauna. The private balcony offers sweeping views of the valley, and direct lift access to the spa further enhances the exclusivity of this magnificent suite.

On the first floor, four additional bedrooms are strategically situated around a central hallway, featuring lift access and a snug lounge with a fireplace. Each bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and valley views, along with lavish ensuite bathrooms featuring designer brass fittings by Vola and bespoke patterned tiling. The larger suites in each wing include separate dressing areas, seating spaces, and freestanding oval bathtubs.

The main chalet is completed by its deluxe spa area, which features a sauna and a glass steam room hovering above a color therapy jacuzzi/plunge pool. A relaxation space is complemented by amenities such as a snow/ice crystal maker, sliding doors to welcome the fresh mountain air, a bar with an ice cube maker, and an integrated sound system.

The adjacent guest house offers three additional double bedrooms with ensuite facilities, its own kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a spacious covered outdoor dining space, perfect for family gatherings. Each room throughout the chalet is equipped with WiFi access, a Sonos sound system, and a television with Apple TV and DVD player for your convenience and entertainment.
