Our Ski Holiday Rental Properties Categories
We divide our hand-picked rental properties into 3 (+1) main categories which are determined by the chalet, penthouse, apartment, resort or exclusive hotel’s ‘luxuriousness’:
(+1) Hidden – our hidden collection cannot be seen anywhere online. It is formed of ultimate and even higher standard chalets for those with an unlimited budget. Usually only privately offered to clients we know and have worked with before. It is sometimes expected that clients will bring their own staff but other arrangements can also be made. To note, these properties may also require you to sign a non disclosure agreement.
Ultimate – typically valued at over €100,000 for a 7-night stay. These are the ultimate chalets, resorts and exclusive hotels which include multiple members of staff, spas, swimming pools, saunas, hammans, cinema rooms, 24hr in-resort chauffeur service and a gourmet chef serving the finest of meals.
Luxury – typically valued at €15,000 – €100,000 for a 7-night stay. These are the 5-star luxury chalets, exclusive hotels and penthouses which include staff, leisure amenities and different catering options. They are all amazing properties but just fall slightly short of an ultimate rental.
4* Lux – typically valued at €5,000 – €15,000 for a 7 night stay. These are the more basic properties for those looking for luxury with a smaller budget. These include apartments, penthouses and chalets and may include shared leisure amenities or a single private leisure amenity. The majority of these properties are self-catered but may include some B&B options.
Being an independent ski holiday company means properties are placed into the correct categories by our team (and not owners and managers).

Discover for yourself what makes us different with our guide on why to book with us now.
Being fully independent means our advice is always neutral, transparent, and genuinely in our clients’ best interests. If required, we take the time to explain the pros and cons of each chalet, assess whether it really fits your brief, and advise honestly on whether it’s the right choice for your family or group.
Because we’ve personally sampled and stayed in a selection of the chalets featured on our website, our recommendations are grounded in real experience, not sales targets. If a chalet isn’t truly ski-in ski-out, we’ll tell you. If the chalet is a difficult or long walk to the centre of town, we’ll tell you. If a resort doesn’t have enough activities for non-skiers, we’ll tell you. However, ultimately, if a chalet isn’t luxurious enough, we don’t offer it.
We know first-hand which chalet operators go the extra mile for our clients, demonstrated through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making each stay special. This insight allows us to guide you with confidence, helping you book with complete peace of mind.
