Alpine Retreat is a freshly renovated luxury chalet with five en-suite bedrooms, offering a spacious open-plan living area and a large south-facing terrace that showcases breathtaking mountain views in every direction. Blending chic, modern style with alpine charm, this beautifully designed property is the ideal mountain escape.

Located in a peaceful area known as L’Élé, on the sunny side of the Morzine Valley, the chalet sits on a generous plot surrounded by forest, with an alpine stream running alongside the property. Despite the tranquil setting, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the centre of Morzine and 10 minutes to Montriond, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.

Guests have easy access by car to the Super Morzine, Pleney, Prodains, and Ardent ski lifts, and the ski bus stop is only a five-minute walk away. For added convenience, a professional driver service is available at an additional cost to provide drop-offs and pick-ups from the slopes. The chalet also offers parking for two to three cars.

The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to the first bedroom, a stylish space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a chic en-suite with a walk-in shower, and a separate WC. This level also includes a large storage area and internal access to the garage, which has been transformed into a state-of-the-art boot room, complete with brand-new boot warmers, a gym area, and direct outdoor access.

Moving upstairs to the main living level, you’ll find the heart of the chalet—a beautifully designed open-plan space with polished concrete floors and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. These open out onto a wide decked terrace, ideal for enjoying the views or entertaining after a day on the mountain. Although the swimming pool on this level is not available during the winter season, the setting still offers a stunning backdrop. This floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island, a large dining table framed by mountain views, a glass-fronted fireplace, and a spacious lounge area with a smart TV and Sonos sound system. There’s also a guest WC, a utility room with a washing machine, and a cosy workspace for those needing to catch up on work.

On the top floor are four en-suite bedrooms, each with storage and access to either a balcony or the outdoor area leading to the hot tub. Bedroom one is a super king or twin configuration with two additional pull-out beds for children and an en-suite with a shower. Bedroom two offers a super king bed with en-suite. Bedroom three can be configured as a super king or twin, with an en-suite that includes both a shower and a bath. Bedroom four is also a king or twin room with its own en-suite. The fifth bedroom can be used as either a super king/twin or as a dedicated TV room with a 45” screen, making it an ideal space for children to relax after dinner.

Alpine Retreat is equipped with high-end amenities including Sonos speakers, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a Nespresso machine, boot warmers, and a washing machine. The upper terrace is a standout feature, offering a newly built outdoor area with a jacuzzi and firepit, all set against one of the most uninterrupted panoramic views in the valley. With no immediate neighbours, the chalet offers true privacy and a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere.
