A highlight of the property is its authentic 18th-century Tyrolean Stube, and throughout, warm, rich fabrics have been used to create the ideal winter retreat. The dining area is particularly striking, featuring a Renaissance-era painted ceiling.

Soline is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering accommodation for up to 12 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, all laid out on one floor. Access is available via stairs or a lift.

The bedrooms and living areas enjoy breathtaking views from spacious, sun-soaked balconies facing southwest.

Upon entering, a hallway leads you either to the bedrooms or to the main living areas. The elegant, open-plan living and dining space, complete with a traditional Austrian fireplace, sits at the western end of the property. Its elevated position offers stunning balcony views.

The well-appointed open kitchen overlooks the dining area, which comfortably seats 12.

There’s also a separate, cozy TV room, perfect for entertaining children after a day on the slopes.

The spacious master bedroom is filled with natural light, offering an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The bed can also be configured as two twins. Three additional twin/double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and cozy alpine décor.

The fifth bedroom is a traditional quad bunk room with adult-size beds, a small desk, and an en-suite shower room. An extra guest toilet is located off the main hallway.

Soline shares a ski locker and boot heating room on the lower ground floor.

Guests can also enjoy a shared spa area on the lower ground floor, complete with a hammam, sauna, shower, and relaxation area, which is shared with two other apartments in Chalet Austria.

The apartment includes outdoor parking for two vehicles.
