Arolay Penthouse is a 155m² four-bedroom luxury duplex in Val d’Isère. Tucked into the charming hamlet of Le Fornet and set beside the Isère river, it enjoys sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Sleeping up to eight guests, it’s ideal for friends or families seeking a premium ski retreat.

The top floor is home to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Under a beautiful vaulted timber ceiling, sink-in sofas and armchairs gather around a log-burning fireplace, creating a warm and elegant focal point. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light and frame panoramic views over the Val d’Isère valley. A dark oval dining table sits beneath a sculptural wicker pendant, perfect for relaxed dinners after the slopes. The adjacent marble-topped kitchen island features a breakfast bar with three stools — a sociable spot to sit with a coffee while the chef cooks. A glass door opens onto the rooftop balcony, where alfresco dining and mountain views await: the perfect place to toast the day with a glass of fizz as you look out over snow-dusted trees and surrounding peaks.
