Chalech M is one of four exclusive residences in the prestigious Chalech development, a luxurious ski chalet in Lech that seamlessly fuses contemporary elegance with traditional Alpine charm. Spanning three expansive floors, this six-bedroom retreat accommodates up to 10 guests and features private spa facilities, offering a serene sanctuary for an exceptional ski holiday in the Austrian Alps.

The top floor hosts the main living area, where panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the snow-dusted valley, creating an unforgettable backdrop to your winter escape. Sunlight fills the open-plan lounge, where two plush sofas encircle a coffee table and a striking 360° fireplace, the perfect setting to unwind after a day on the slopes. Step outside to the semi-enclosed balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a heat lamp, and take in the alpenglow as the sun sets behind the peaks.

Back indoors, the sophisticated dining area, illuminated by an eye-catching feature light, comfortably seats up to 12 for memorable evening meals. Adjacent to the dining space lies a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a stylish wooden breakfast bar. A cosy TV snug tucked into the corner offers a secluded space for movie nights, which can be closed off from the main living area for added privacy.

After skiing, guests can retreat to the chalet’s serene wellness area on the ground floor. Designed for post-mountain recovery, it includes a sauna, Hammam, and loungers for ultimate relaxation.

The six beautifully appointed bedrooms reflect the chalet’s cohesive design aesthetic, natural wood tones, neutral color schemes, and luxurious soft furnishings. Five of the rooms are en-suite doubles, four of which can be arranged as twins for greater flexibility.
