Chalet Arc 1838 (Mille 8) sits in a peaceful hamlet of luxury chalets in Les Arcs 1800, with direct ski-in/ski-out access via the gentle blue Chantel run, around 100 metres from the front door. The main snow front, with ski schools, nursery slopes and lifts including the Vagère and Carrely chairlifts and Transarc gondola, is reached via this run; the Dahu gondola (running until 11pm, and linking to the resort centre) is around 300 metres, a short walk. The resort centre, with restaurants, cafés, bars, a bowling alley and a 3,800m² aquatic centre, is around 200 metres away. Ski shops are a minute or two away, and La Folie Douce Les Arcs is reached by crossing the Chantel piste.
