Chalet Black Pearl
Description
The newly built and modern “Black Perl” is located in the glacier village Saas-Fee. Its unique location in town, allows guests a ski-in/ski-out relationship with the slope, as well as a unique view of the surrounding mountains and village. The town centre is only a few minutes’ walk from the Chalet which has all the necessary amenities a guest could want or imagine.
The Chalet is 240 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is perfect for two families with children. It has 5 bedrooms all of which have a double bed and cable tv. There are also 5 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the rest have shower facilities.
The living room, dining room & kitchen are located on the top floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: incl. fondue and raclette oven, coffee machine, meat slicer, toaster, etc.
The living room has a large couch, tv and a fireplace. The wifi modem is also located here.
The dining room has a large table and is located in front of a large balcony with amazing views.
There is also a mezzanine located above the living room. There is another couch as well (plus a TV with an Nintendo Wii) as a highlight, allowing the guests for another unique view of the Swiss Alps.
There is storage room at the entrance for skies/snowboards. There is also a shoe warmer for the ski boots.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the chalet.
The detached chalet is located a little above the village centre on the edge of the forest, right next to the ski slopes and at the starting point of various hiking trails.
The nearest restaurant is only 50m away, various shopping facilities can be reached on foot after approx. 8min.
