A cosy library and reading area provides a quieter corner in which to unwind.

Outside, a sunny terrace makes the most of the chalet’s remarkable setting. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub, dine alfresco or enjoy a barbecue against a panoramic Alpine backdrop.

Three double en-suite bedrooms are located on the entrance level, while a fourth en-suite double bedroom sits on the upper floor alongside the main living space. The chalet also benefits from a laundry room and direct access to the underground garage.

Despite its peaceful setting, Chalet Chouca is exceptionally well connected. Chamonix’s shops, bars and restaurants are around an eight-minute walk away, while the nearest train station and bus stop are just three minutes on foot. The Brévent ski area is approximately three minutes away by car, with easy access to La Flégère, Les Grands Montets, Le Tour and Les Houches.
