Chalet Etagne

Set in the heart of charming Courchevel Le Praz, Chalet Etagne is an exceptional 370m² Alpine retreat combining traditional mountain character with contemporary comfort. Sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, the chalet offers an inviting setting for families and groups seeking a luxurious stay with easy access to the world-renowned Three Valleys ski area.

Arranged across four levels, Chalet Etagne has been beautifully designed using warm wood, natural materials and classic Alpine detailing. The impressive top-floor living space sits beneath exposed timber beams and brings together a spacious lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen around a striking central fireplace. Large windows and an outdoor terrace provide a wonderful setting in which to relax and enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.

After a day on the slopes, guests can retreat to the chalet’s private wellness area, complete with an indoor Jacuzzi, sauna and Italian-style shower. A dedicated ski room with boot warmers, garage and laundry facilities add further convenience for a comfortable winter stay.

The chalet’s accommodation is particularly well suited to groups and families, with a collection of elegant double and twin bedrooms alongside a family bedroom featuring a double bed and bunk beds. Five bathrooms provide plenty of space and privacy throughout the property.

Chalet Etagne enjoys an excellent position in the centre of Le Praz, with the ski lifts and slopes approximately 160 metres away. From here, guests can quickly connect with Courchevel’s extensive ski terrain and the wider Three Valleys, while returning at the end of the day to the quieter, authentic village atmosphere of Le Praz.
