True to the tradition of the classic Livigno lodge, the villa’s exterior is crafted from natural stone and wood, blending seamlessly into its Alpine surroundings. The name “Genf” pays tribute to Ginevra, the daughter of the property’s owner.

A meticulous two-year renovation, completed in 2022, brought new life to this heritage residence. The interiors now reflect a perfect balance between refined functionality and timeless charm. Precious finishes such as black marmorino plaster and glittering ivory accents create an elegant, soothing atmosphere. Dedicated relaxation areas within the chalet invite guests to unwind and rejuvenate fully.

Perched in an elevated, panoramic position, Villa Genf enjoys easy access to nature and adventure. Step outside and you’ll find yourself directly on mountain hiking trails or the peaceful Livigno cycle path—free from traffic and leading comfortably to the town center.

In winter, skiing is just moments away. The Palipert ski lift is located approximately 500 meters from the villa, offering direct access to the renowned Carosello 3000 ski area. For added convenience, guests can also take advantage of the free ski bus service.

Designed to comfortably host 4 to 5 guests, Ice Chalet spans four floors, all seamlessly connected by a private in-house lift, ensuring effortless access throughout the space.
At its heart, the main floor features a generous open-plan living area, with a stylish lounge, elegant dining space, and a modern kitchen with island—ideal for relaxed entertaining or cozy evenings in.
Ascending through the chalet, you’ll find two luxurious double suites, each occupying its own floor for maximum privacy. Every suite includes a private en-suite bathroom and a balcony, inviting guests to enjoy serene mountain views in complete comfort.
As a highlight, Ice Chalet boasts exclusive access to its own private spa, offering a secluded sanctuary for relaxation after a day of alpine adventure.

River Chalet – A private entrance opens to a modern kitchen that flows seamlessly into a welcoming living area, complete with a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for additional guests or relaxed evenings indoors. Upon entry, a spacious hallway doubles as a wardrobe area, creating a smart transition into the living space. The dining area with kitchenette is both functional and inviting, while the sleeping area is cleverly separated by the layout and furnishings to ensure privacy and comfort. Rain Apartment – Located on the second level, the penthouse floor, Rain is a large two- room apartment, designed for 2/4 guests.
You will find a spacious entrance hall welcoming you to Rain and leading to the other rooms. The open-space living area is illuminated by windows overlooking the valley. The bedroom has a double bed and offers an ad hoc desktop for anyone needing a remote workstation. The sofa in the living room converts to a bed allowing you to accommodate two more people.
The atmosphere is warm and suggestive, the play of lights and ceiling beams conveys all the warmth of wood and of the mountain tradition.
