The chalet’s main living area occupies the top floor beneath a striking vaulted wooden ceiling. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, revealing an expansive open-plan layout that includes a lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen. A plush corner sofa is perfectly positioned to enjoy both the warmth of the flickering fireplace and the views of skiers descending the nearby slopes. Two sleek armchairs invite relaxation beside the fire, while the long wooden dining table—surrounded by deep blue upholstered chairs—sets the stage for memorable meals.

The kitchen, featuring elegant natural stone worktops and crisp white cabinetry, is as practical as it is beautiful. Its central island with four bar stools is perfect for sharing stories over a glass of champagne after a day on the pistes. Two balconies extend from the living space: one overlooks the scenic Route des Nants ski run, while the other offers a panoramic view of Morzine.

The chalet comfortably sleeps ten guests across four inviting bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on sofa beds in the lounge. Each bedroom features plush beds dressed in warm, welcoming linens to ensure a restful night. The master suite includes an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bathtub, a separate shower, and a private balcony. Two further bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins, and a fourth bedroom includes both a double/twin setup and a bunk bed—ideal for families with younger children.
