Completely renovated in 2024 by a renowned local architect, Les Terrasses has been designed for families and groups of friends looking for privacy, space and effortless access to the mountains. The chalet accommodates up to 15 guests across seven en-suite bedrooms, with generous living spaces spread over several levels. Warm natural materials, elegant contemporary interiors, fireplaces and expansive windows create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, while multiple sun-drenched terraces make the most of the remarkable setting.
The main living level is made for gathering, with a spacious lounge and fireplace, bar, dining area and high-end open kitchen leading directly onto a large panoramic terrace. A second living area provides additional space for families and groups, while the top floor is home to an impressive master suite with a king-size bed and its own private south-facing terrace.
After a day on the mountain, guests can unwind in the outdoor panoramic jacuzzi overlooking the valley, relax in the private sauna or make use of the fully equipped gym. The chalet also features a heated ski room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a secure private garage and a dedicated playground area. Daily housekeeping and concierge services complete the experience.
Its location is equally exceptional. The Fornet cable car is just 80 metres away, reached in less than three minutes via a private secure passage, providing quick access towards the Pissaillas Glacier and the extensive Val d’Isère–Tignes ski area. Val d’Isère’s centre is approximately five minutes away by the regular complimentary shuttle.
