Once a traditional French farmhouse built in 1833, the property has been beautifully transformed into a contemporary luxury chalet, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across five elegant bedrooms.
Spanning 350m² over two floors, Chalet Norel is thoughtfully designed for mid-sized groups. The upper floor features a stunning open-plan layout beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. A spacious lounge centers around a striking 360° fireplace, surrounded by plush modern sofas, cozy beanbags, and inviting alpine accents on a sunken level. The dining area seats all 12 guests around a generous table, while the sleek, fully equipped kitchen at the rear offers ample prep space with a long central island and modern appliances. Skylights flood the space with natural light, and tall picture windows lead out to a broad balcony showcasing sweeping views across the Chamonix valley.
Outside, guests can soak in the panoramic Mont Blanc views from the seven-seater Jacuzzi on the ground-floor terrace. Indoors, the chalet’s private spa includes a sauna and steam room, ideal for unwinding after an exhilarating descent down the nearby Kandahar World Cup ski run.
Above the main living area, a bright mezzanine TV lounge offers a laid-back space with floor seating in a cozy, bazaar-inspired setting, a unique touch for an alpine chalet.
Chalet Norel hosts up to 12 guests in five tastefully designed bedrooms, blending warm wood finishes with soft, luxurious bedding. There are four double rooms (each convertible to twins), and a quad bunk room with adult-sized beds. The bunk room and one ground-floor bedroom share an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining three rooms each feature private en-suites.
