Chalet Overview is a contemporary luxury chalet in Courchevel Moriond, offering 400m² of refined alpine living. Designed with a blend of modern elegance and traditional mountain charm, this spacious retreat features five en-suite bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups seeking a high-end ski holiday in the Three Valleys.

Spread across four floors, the chalet’s main living area is located on the first floor. A stylish and comfortable lounge occupies one side of the space, with a sleek black central fireplace separating it from the dining and kitchen area. The furnishings are modern and inviting, and the ceiling opens to double height at one end, creating a striking sense of openness. Tall windows frame picturesque views of the snow-covered pine trees and the surrounding peaks, and open onto a private balcony for enjoying the scenery. A large round dining table sits beside the slate-grey, state-of-the-art kitchen, which is fully equipped and spacious enough for preparing meals at home, while the nearby restaurants of Courchevel Moriond offer tempting alternatives. Several balconies on this level offer multiple vantage points to take in the mountain views.

The chalet’s basement level is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The centerpiece is a large sunken hot tub, perfect for a soothing soak after a day on the slopes. This level also features a spacious Hammam, a private massage room, and a fully equipped gym with both cardio and weight-training equipment. For those seeking entertainment, the same level also houses a recreation area with a bar, a pool table, and a cosy TV lounge. Chalet Overview offers five elegant bedrooms. The top floor is home to two luxurious Master suites, each with vaulted ceilings and refined wooden interiors that reflect the chalet’s Alpine inspiration. One of the Masters includes an open-plan bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower, while the other features a private balcony with arguably the best views in the chalet. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, comprising two twin rooms and one double room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.

To ensure maximum comfort and convenience, each floor is connected by an internal elevator. The ground floor includes a ski room with boot warmers, and laundry facilities are located on the basement level. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the private garage parking available on-site, completing the luxurious experience at Chalet Overview.
