The Pistache Chalet is located in Courchevel 1850, in the highly sought-after Cospillot neighborhood, close to shops and the ski departure point. This prestigious independent chalet offers approximately 300 square meters of living space spread over three levels and is equipped with an elevator. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and features a dedicated relaxation area with an indoor swimming pool and hammam, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. A private garage and a ski room with boot dryers are also available for guests’ convenience.

On level minus one, the chalet includes the garage, the indoor swimming pool, the hammam, and the ski room.
Level zero features three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a sink and toilet. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, a television, a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and double sinks. This level also provides access to the outdoor jacuzzi.
Level one includes two additional bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed, a dressing room, and a safe. The fifth bedroom is furnished with twin beds. This level also features a large balcony, an office area, and a bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool bathtub, double sinks, and a separate toilet.
Level two is dedicated to the living areas and includes a living room with a traditional fireplace, an open dining area, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen. Large panoramic balconies offer expansive views of the surrounding mountains.
The stay includes daily housekeeping for three hours per day, a welcome package, beds made upon arrival, fresh linens and towels, final departure cleaning, and concierge services. The chalet is also equipped with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and internet access, a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ski storage facilities.
