Chalet Riva welcomes you just steps from the slopes in Plagne Village, offering the promise of an unforgettable ski holiday.

At 2,100 meters above sea level, the chalet enjoys a prime location in a peaceful setting, only 30 meters from the ski runs—practically ski-in/ski-out. From here, the views are breathtaking: snow-dusted peaks of Savoie, the sweeping slopes of La Plagne, and the majestic Mont Blanc on the horizon.

The ski school meeting point is just 300 meters away, easily reached on foot or via the slopes, and you can ski back almost to the door of the chalet.

Completely renovated in 2024, Chalet Riva is a luxurious retreat designed for up to 15 guests. Spanning nearly 300 square meters, it offers seven beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each carefully decorated for comfort and privacy. The renovation highlights natural and traditional materials, blending old stone and wood exteriors with interiors dressed in aged timber, velvet, cotton, wool, and soft lighting. The atmosphere is both authentic and refined, with a nod to the mountain chalets of the past. In the sun-filled living room, gather around the fire and soak in panoramic views of the Alps from the comfort of the sofa.

The layout of Chalet Riva ensures both conviviality and privacy. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room with a fireplace and a small relaxation area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous dining table that seats around fifteen guests. This level also includes two bedrooms: one with a 160×200 double bed and a 90×190 single bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and a PMR-accessible room with a 180×200 bed that can be separated, complete with en-suite shower room and office space. From here, step onto the terrace and enjoy the Swedish bath, while a ski room with heated boot racks ensures comfort for the next day’s adventures.

The first floor hosts four further bedrooms: three with separable 180×200 double beds, each with its own en-suite shower room, and one with a 160×200 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a cozy bunk room with two 90×200 beds and its own en-suite shower room, perfect for younger guests.

On the lower level, relaxation continues with a private sauna and a games room, creating the perfect balance between wellness and entertainment.

For larger groups, Chalet Riva adjoins the charming Little Riva, a smaller chalet that accommodates an additional 4 to 6 guests, making it possible to host up to 21 people in total.

After a day on the slopes, indulge in pure relaxation. On the terrace, a traditional Nordic bath invites you to sink into steaming water while gazing at the snow-covered peaks in complete tranquility. A private sauna adds to the sense of rejuvenation, while optional in-chalet wellness services—such as massages or yoga sessions—ensure your stay is as restorative as it is exhilarating.
