Chalet Torino sits in the Bergers area of Alpe d'Huez, near the Altiport, with panoramic views of the Grandes Rousses massif. In good snow conditions it's possible to ski in off-piste; otherwise it's a 150-metre walk to the green Club Med/Mélèzes piste, or the Altiport piste, both leading to ski lifts including the main Marmottes 1 (around 500 metres away). The Bergers shopping centre is around 500 metres away (an 8-minute walk or 3-minute drive), with the centre of Alpe d'Huez a further 6-minute drive. The Chalets Altiport bus stop is 2 minutes up the road, and a shuttle also runs to the Bergers centre and Rond Point des Pistes.
