The main living spaces occupy much of the ground floor and form the heart of the home. Four additional double bedrooms are also on this level—two with en-suite bathrooms and two with private external bathrooms. Two further double bedrooms with en-suite facilities are situated on the lower ground floor. The top floor is dedicated to younger guests, offering a charming dormitory with six single beds beneath the eaves, its own lounge area, and an en-suite shower room.

Wellness is an integral part of the Bellaria experience. The lower ground floor hosts a private spa with gym, sauna, and steam room, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
