Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Matterhorn, Eden Snow is a beautifully designed ski-in/ski-out retreat in the heart of Breuil-Cervinia. Combining contemporary Alpine style with exceptional comfort and direct access to the slopes, it offers an effortless mountain escape for families and groups of up to six guests.

Part of the exclusive Flora Alpina Chalet, completed in late 2023, the apartment has been thoughtfully designed with generous living spaces, premium furnishings and an understated sense of luxury. At its heart is an elegant open-plan living and dining area with a designer kitchen — a welcoming space for relaxed breakfasts before a day on the mountain and long dinners together in the evening.

The chalet features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes. Every room opens directly onto the private garden, creating a wonderful connection between the interiors and the surrounding Alpine landscape.

Outside, the private garden and terrace provide a spectacular setting from which to enjoy the mountains and views towards the Matterhorn. With outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, sun loungers and space to relax, it is equally inviting in winter and summer, whether unwinding after a day on the slopes or enjoying Cervinia’s hiking and mountain scenery in the warmer months.

For skiers, the location is exceptional. Slope 16bis can be accessed directly from the property, allowing you to ski from the chalet towards the lifts, with the cable cars around two minutes away on skis. A private ski room with heated ski storage makes mornings on the mountain particularly easy, while Cervinia village is approximately an eight-minute walk away.

Practical comforts have been considered throughout, including high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, lift access and private covered parking.
