La Ferme du Lac Vert sits in a small hamlet in Montriond village, on the edge of Morzine, with views over the Nantaux mountains and Dranse valley; Montriond village centre (two restaurants, a bar, shop, ESF) is a 2-minute walk. The Super Morzine and Pléney gondolas are around a 5-8 minute drive; the Ardent gondola around 5-7 minutes. The Morzine resort centre is a 5-6 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk; a morning/evening shuttle service is included.
