This brand-new luxury chalet is located directly on Kronplatz, South Tyrol’s number one ski mountain, just two minutes from the Olang valley station. Designed to accommodate up to twelve guests, the residence spans three floors and combines modern design with alpine warmth. Six spacious double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, provide comfort and privacy, while the generous open-plan living and dining area, complete with two terraces and access to the garden, creates a welcoming space for gathering. A private wellness retreat with Finnish and bio sauna, a relaxation lounge, two experience showers, and a year-round heated infinity hot tub ensures total relaxation after a day in the mountains.

Perched above Olang at 1,250 meters and surrounded by meadows and forests, the chalet offers panoramic views and an ideal balance between peaceful seclusion and direct access to outdoor adventure. It is the perfect setting for an undisturbed nature getaway, as well as a base for unforgettable ski and hiking holidays.

On the upper floor, the entrance opens into a light-filled living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, panoramic windows, and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a cozy alpine atmosphere. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and two chilled wine cabinets, while a large dining table invites guests to share meals together. From here, both terraces can be reached: the eastern terrace is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or yoga with a view, while the southern terrace captures the evening light and features an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, ideal for dining outdoors. Fresh farm products such as eggs, milk, and butter are available daily from a nearby farm. Also on this level are a heated ski room with boot dryer, bicycle storage, and an e-bike charging station.

The middle floor is dedicated to six elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with large box-spring beds (200 x 210 cm), en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to the terrace or garden, all with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. A striking walk-in wine cabinet with glass front showcases a curated selection of South Tyrolean, Italian, and international wines. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also located on this level.

On the lower floor, the 90 m² wellness area invites guests to unwind. The Finnish and bio sauna, the spacious relaxation lounge, and the infinity jacuzzi heated to 36–38°C all open onto the garden, creating a serene setting for rejuvenation. Two experience showers and a vitality bar provide refreshing contrast. For entertainment, the in-house home cinema with gaming consoles ensures variety and fun.

Just two minutes from the chalet lies the Kronplatz valley station, where three reserved parking spaces are available near the cable car. With heated ski lockers and immediate access to the slopes, skiing is effortless and comfortable. Kronplatz, part of the Dolomiti Superski area, offers 121 kilometers of runs with options for every level, from beginners to experienced skiers, along its wide, mostly treeless slopes.
