Outside, a shared, covered terrace with an open fireplace and plush outdoor seating welcomes you. Step inside to a generous entrance area with a cloak and boot room, leading to two beautifully appointed double/twin bedrooms—one with an en-suite shower room, the other with an en-suite bathroom.

The heart of the home lies upstairs in the expansive, open-plan living floor. Lofted ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light, while a central wood-burning fireplace brings everyone together. The stylish dining area, with views of the Rendl slopes, seamlessly connects with the living room, where up to ten guests can gather around a solid wood dining table for meals prepared in the sleek, matte-black kitchen, fully equipped with Miele appliances.

The lower ground level houses the main sleeping quarters. Designed with soft, tactile fabrics, calming tones, and beautiful wooden accents, each bedroom feels both stylish and serene. All but one feature desks, and each has ample storage and en-suite facilities. The Master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, a TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower.

Each of the apartment’s bedrooms can be configured as either emperor-size doubles or twins, offering flexible options tailored to your group’s needs. A private boot room with heated boot warmers completes this exceptional alpine home.
