La Datcha boasts five suites, each with two or three rooms, accommodating a total of 15 guests. Situated on the upper floors, these suites offer spectacular mountain panoramas. Each room features a south-facing balcony and a well-appointed bathroom.

La Datcha sits at the top of Val Thorens, right where the Grand Rue meets Rue de Gébroulaz, with ski-in/ski-out access just metres from the blue Plein Sud piste, which forks towards the Plein Sud chairlift and towards the nursery slopes and ski school meeting areas; the Folie Douce après bar is on the same piste. The resort centre itself is right on the doorstep, while local restaurants, the bowling alley and fitness centre are a 5 to 10-minute walk (or a 2-minute chauffeured drive).
