Every single house is sustainably built and embedded in the Tyrolean mountain landscape. The luxury chalet village in Austria was designed with great attention to detail. The sensory garden, in which all senses should be rediscovered, and the crystal bathing lake, which provides refreshment in summer, complete the concept. The children’s playground is great fun for young and old. The “floating pavilion” is ideal for events. Lightness, enjoyment and relaxation, but also activity and adventure. Nest – Our small, cozy Nest Chalet for 2 people is the ideal place to escape from everyday life. The house offers pure relaxation on a living space of 61 square meters. The chalet faces the forest so that you can feel & experience the flora & fauna of the mountains up close through the large window areas. It is not uncommon for deer to graze right in front of the chalet. If you are very quiet, you can follow the hustle and bustle from the daybed on the terrace. Equipped with a Finnish sauna, a free-standing bathtub and an outdoor bathtub (which can also be used in winter), the Nest Chalet is a small oasis of well-being. In addition, the chalet has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower & a separate toilet. The small kitchen with wine climate cabinet, hob, refrigerator, JURA coffee machine is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Dogs are allowed in the fenced Nest Chalets.

Alpin – Our two alpine chalets, each for 2-4 people, are ideal retreats for small families looking for peace and security. The chalet offers a living space of 106 square meters on two levels. On the ground floor is the living and dining area as well as the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, wine storage cabinet, refrigerator and JURA coffee machine gives you the freedom to cook for your family yourself. From the living area, with a couch and daybed, you can reach the terrace. The outdoor bathtub (can also be used in winter) and the Finnish outdoor sauna of the Alpin Chalet on the terrace are protected from prying eyes by half-height hedges. So you can enjoy the fantastic scenery of the Tannheimertal undisturbed and in peace. On the first floor of the Alpin Chalet there are two bedrooms with double beds, 2 adjoining bathrooms and each with its own balcony. Dogs are allowed in both fenced-in Alpin Chalets. So your four-legged friend can run around freely.

Berrgold – The Berggold Chalet is the right place for everyone who would like to spend relaxing hours in their own wellness area. The chalet has a living area of 134 m² on two levels. The spacious living and dining area is on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, wine cabinet, refrigerator, JURA coffee machine and oven gives you the opportunity to feel at home. The sun terrace with outdoor tub (can also be used in winter) and the cozy lounge invite you to linger. The ground floor bedroom with direct access to the garden is just one of the three bedrooms in this house. On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet, one with 2 bunk beds. The special feature of this chalet is the large wellness area with Finnish panorama sauna (with infrared function), hanging chair, cozy corner and a balcony with deck chairs. Relaxing hours are guaranteed! Dogs are allowed in the fenced Berggold Chalet. So your four-legged friend can run around freely.

See – Our two Seechalets are the ideal houses for young and old. On 134 square meters of living space there is a living/dining area and a bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a spacious wellness area on the upper floor. Whether holidaying together with several generations or with families who are friends – the Seechalet offers enough space to spend hours together in your own chalet. The three bedrooms still offer the necessary privacy with their own bathrooms and toilets to be able to withdraw. The wellness area with a Finnish panorama sauna, daybed, hanging chair and balcony with deckchairs gives parents the opportunity to relax while the little ones pass the time with a game console on the ground floor. Another highlight is the outdoor tub (can also be used in winter) and the direct and private access to our crystal bathing lake with its own jetty. (Sorry, dogs are not allowed)

Bently – Our large Bently chalets with 190 square meters of living space for 6-8 people are the perfect match for groups of friends who want to spend time together in a “hut” and still don’t want to do without the amenities of a hotel. On the ground floor of the chalet is the first bedroom (suitable for wheelchair users in a chalet). The living/dining area with a large dining table is the central meeting point for the entire group. In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook as you like or you can choose dishes from a small menu, which are delivered to the chalet in the evening. The spacious living area with couch and flat screen is ideal for social game evenings. The terrace with outdoor tub and Finnish sauna with a view of the mountains is ideal for the group seeking wellness. The private fenced garden with garden furniture, as well as the optional Weber charcoal grill, create a special flair for mild barbecue evenings outdoors. Dogs are allowed in the fenced Bently Chalet.

Main Building – The two suites in the main building are perfect for newcomers to a chalet holiday. The suites are on the first floor of the main building and offer 56 m² of living space. Each suite has a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The south-west facing balcony with its own sauna and hanging chair offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The catering works the same as in our chalets. The suites are therefore the ideal entry-level category for new chalet holidaymakers. Your four-legged friend is welcome to accompany you.
