Description
Marmotta Chalet is located directly on the ski slope and therefore provides exclusive ski-in/ski-out luxury. It was built according to traditional architectural style with a lot of wood and ample attention to detail and combines tradition and modernity with its high-quality furnishings.
The 3 luxury flats each offer space for 8 – 12 people. The spacious living and dining area (some with a fireplace) beckons you to spend cosy evenings together. Meanwhile, an organic sauna with a relaxation area directly in the chalet also invites you to relax after an eventful day. The property features an in-house ski room. You can also park your car free of charge in our underground car park (2 cars per apartment).
Apartment 1
The 150 m² apartment, furnished in the traditional alpine style, offers space for 10 to 12 people. This charming apartment has a total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2x bath, 3x shower). Of which four double / twin rooms and one room with bunk beds for four people. The open-plan kitchen/living room with cosy seating area and a dining area for 12 people is perfect for ending the day together after all the excitement of the slopes.
Apartment 2
Across 140 m² there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1x bath, 3x shower) and an extra guest toilet. In the attic, an open living and dining area offers space for 12 people. The in-house sauna will help you wind down after a sporty day. WiFi, TV and, if required, baby cot and highchair are included.
Apartment 3
Across 140 m² there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2x bath, 2x shower) and an extra guest toilet. In the attic, an open living and dining area offers space for 10 people. The in-house sauna will help you wind down after a sporty day. WiFi, TV and, if required, baby cot and highchair are included.
In total, Chalet Marmotta Neve can accommodate up to 28 guests across its 13 ensuite bedrooms. The majority of bedrooms offer flexible configurations as double or twin beds, catering to various group dynamics. Additionally, Apartment 1 features a bunk bedroom suitable for accommodating children on a luxury family ski holiday.
For added convenience, the chalet offers a private lift for easy access between apartments, as well as a ski room and garage for guests’ use.
