The upper floor features an open-plan split-level living and dining area, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch across both levels. The living space is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, with a modern fireplace adding cozy warmth on colder evenings. A short flight of steps leads to the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering ample space for meal preparation, while the dining table seats up to eight guests with ease. From both levels, guests can step out onto the wrap-around balcony and terrace, an ideal spot for outdoor dining or enjoying a pre-dinner drink. At the far end of the terrace, a covered outdoor hot tub awaits, comfortably seating four guests.
The lower floor houses all three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super-king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private balcony. A second bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the bunk room can accommodate up to four guests. Both the double and bunk rooms have en-suite facilities and share a balcony.
For added convenience, the chalet includes a dedicated ski room for storing equipment and on-site parking for those arriving by car.

Distance to resort centre: 5 minute drive
Three Bears sits in an elevated position on Route des Encoches, above Morzine, with valley views towards the Pléney. The Super Morzine gondola, across the footbridge, is around 700 metres (a 10-12 minute walk, or 6-10 minute drive due to the one-way system); the Pléney gondola around 1,100 metres, a further walk or 6-7 minute drive. The resort centre, around 1,000 metres away, is a 10-15 minute walk or 5-minute drive.
