This historic villa, situated in the heart of Kirchberg, offers unparalleled luxury. As you enter the ground floor, you are welcomed by a grand hall that preserves the villa’s original architectural elements. The ground floor also features a spacious living room with a gas stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and a wine fridge. The villa offers six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a cozy lounge with a chaise longue, and a rooftop terrace. Additionally, the charming center of Kirchberg, with its many attractions, is just a short walk away.

On the ground floor, the villa includes a bedroom with a double bed and washbasin, as well as another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin. The first floor comprises one bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet is also located on this floor.
